We work with small businesses, nonprofits, and community organizations to increase their reach through smart, locally rooted marketing strategies. That means real visibility, not vanity metrics.

What we look for

We’re always interested in meeting folks who are:

  • Resourceful, curious, and quick to learn
  • Comfortable juggling multiple projects with care and clarity
  • Great communicators who can break down complex ideas for real humans
  • Tech-savvy (or willing to get there), especially with tools like Google Business Profiles, Meta Ads Manager, basic WordPress/Squarespace, and Canva
  • Passionate about small business, local culture, and digital storytelling

As a business based in the Five College area, we’re especially committed to supporting student learning and career development. We offer paid internships and real-world project opportunities for students interested in:
