Refund Policy

At OneAds Local, we strive to deliver real value and clear communication throughout every project, from start to finish. Because most of our services involve time, creative work, and third-party platform costs, our refund policy reflects that.

Services are generally non-refundable

Once we begin work on a service — such as placing an ad, creating a landing page, or conducting an audit — that work is considered non-refundable. This includes:

  • Local ad placements
  • Landing page creation or edits
  • Online presence audits
  • Website updates or optimizations
  • Any service requiring content, setup, or strategy time

What we will do

If something isn’t working or doesn’t match what we agreed on, we’ll make it right through:

  • Reasonable revisions within the scope of the original project
  • Credit toward another service
  • A case-by-case review to see if a partial refund or adjustment is appropriate

Our priority is always to solve the problem, not hide behind fine print.

Prepaid service bundles or retainers

If you’ve prepaid for a group of services or entered into a retainer agreement, you may request to pause or reallocate unused services. Full refunds are typically not available, but we’ll work with you to ensure you get full value.

Canceling before work begins

If you cancel a project before any work has started, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund, depending on the nature of the service and any costs already incurred (e.g., ad platform bookings or third-party fees).
